Features
Saperta adds the controls advertisers miss in OpenAI Ads, and puts them on your phone. Here is everything it does, and what it doesn't.
Today: see what today really costs
The Today screen shows spend against your daily budgets, today's clicks, impressions and conversions, campaigns that need attention, and the last 7 days compared with the week before.
OpenAI reports clicks and impressions within about an hour, but spend only once it is billed, usually the next day. Until then Saperta estimates today's spend from today's clicks and your recent cost per click, never above the daily budget, and marks it clearly as an estimate.
Campaigns: pause, resume and change budgets
Turn campaigns on and off with a switch, change daily budgets with a stepper that shows the monthly maximum before you confirm, and undo a change from the notification. Each campaign shows its ad groups, ads, review status and serving issues.
Hourly schedules (dayparting)
The OpenAI Ads API has no built-in hour-of-day scheduling. Saperta adds it: choose the hours a campaign should run in a 7 × 24 grid, and Saperta's server pauses and resumes the campaign at those hours, in your ad account's timezone.
- Shading shows past clicks, spend, CPC or CTR for every hour of the week (last 14 or 28 days).
- Recommendations suggest busy paused hours to turn on and expensive hours to pause, with one-tap buttons.
- Presets: business hours, weekdays, weekends, evenings, best hours.
- Copy a schedule to other campaigns, or switch it off without losing it.
- If you pause or resume a campaign by hand, the schedule waits 30 minutes before taking over again.
Budget by day and bids by hour
Give a campaign a different daily budget on chosen weekdays, for example more on Saturdays. For ad groups with a fixed bid, set a higher or lower bid for specific hours.
Rules and the emergency stop
Rules protect your budget while you're away. Saperta checks them every 10 minutes and pauses campaigns until midnight or until you turn them back on.
- Spend today reaches a limit, for the whole account or one campaign.
- Cost per click over the last hours is above a limit.
- Click-through rate over the last hours is below a limit.
- A minimum number of clicks or impressions before a rule acts, so one expensive click doesn't pause anything.
- "Pause all campaigns" stops everything at once and keeps it stopped until you resume.
Your daily budget in OpenAI remains the hard limit; rules work on the newest data OpenAI provides, which can be delayed.
Reports like you know them from Google Ads
- Date ranges: today, yesterday, last 7, 14, 30 or 90 days, this or last week or month, or your own dates.
- Compare with the previous period or the previous year.
- By day, week or month; tap up to two KPIs to chart them.
- Spend, clicks, impressions, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, conversion rate, cost per conversion and ROAS.
- Breakdowns by campaign, device, country and platform, and CSV export.
Activity and email alerts
One feed shows every change: yours in Saperta, your schedules', your rules' and changes made in OpenAI Ads Manager. Emails tell you when a rule paused campaigns or an automation failed, and a weekly summary arrives on Monday mornings. Each can be switched off.
What Saperta doesn't do
- It doesn't create campaigns or ads yet; use OpenAI Ads Manager for that.
- It can't show billed spend for today before OpenAI reports it; it shows an estimate.
- It doesn't run campaigns on your behalf: it only carries out what you do or set up in the app.
