Frequently asked questions

• Where do I find my OpenAI Ads API key? Open ads.openai.com, go to Settings → API keys and create or copy a key. In Saperta, paste it on the Connect screen.
• Can I try Saperta without an OpenAI account? Yes. Tap "Explore with sample data" on the Connect screen.
• Does Saperta change my campaigns on its own? Only if you set a schedule or a rule. Schedules pause and resume campaigns at the hours you chose, rules pause them when a limit is reached, and every change appears in the activity log.
• Why is today's spend an estimate? OpenAI reports clicks within about an hour but bills spend only later, usually the next day. Until then Saperta estimates it from today's clicks and your recent cost per click. See the data & disclaimer page.
• How do I delete my account? In the app, open Settings → Delete account.
